  1. Download the Taptap Send app from Google play store and install it in your phone
  2. Log In or Sign up with your email address and password and click Next. 
  3. Select your country in which your based and then enter the Phone number that you are using  in that country. Click on Next. You can click on Quit sign up in case you want to cancel it.
  4. At this point, a confirmation code will be send to the number you have entered above to ensure that you are the one, enter the code in the space provided and click Next.
  5. Enter your Debit card details(16-digit password, Expiring date, and CVV), to connect to your checking account.
  6. You will be asked to review and confirm the details you have entered in step 5 above. after the above steps are complete, you can now proceed to step 7.
  7. On the app main menu, tap Send Money to Mobile wallet.
  8. Tap on Send Money and another screen will pop-up.
  9. Select Country to which you are Sending Money to. 
  10. Select the Mobile Network, Eg MTN, Orange
  11. Insert Phone Number of the recipient in the country you have chosen.
  12. Enter the Amount of money you want to send from your bank account.
  13. Enter your debit card details and your birth date on the next screen.
  14. Review and confirm your transfer details. 
  15. The app will display on your screen the amount you are about to send, the amount that the recipient will receive and the charge fees. You can decide to pay the charge fees or allow the recipient to pay.
  16. Confirm Transaction by clicking "Send".
  17. The mobile money notification will be send to the recipient about the money received in the wallet and to the sender, your bank will notify you on the amount you have deducted from your account. And also the app will notify you if the transaction was successful.
